RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the personal nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or products that have been worn, applied, filed, altered, or used.

Please review sizing information carefully before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when purchasing ready-to-ship sets.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We want you to love your Salty Claws nails! If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom or personalized nail sets are made specifically for you and are final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or an error was made by Salty Claws Nail Co.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
